2. Payment Terms

Payment is required as specified in the package details. For larger projects, milestone payments may be arranged. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Delivery Timeline

Benova.Tech will deliver the completed documentation within the timeframe specified in the selected package. Delays caused by the client (such as delayed feedback or information) may extend the delivery timeline.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond those included will incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own all rights to the delivered documentation. Benova.Tech retains the right to use general concepts, techniques, and knowledge gained during the project for future work.

6. Confidentiality

Benova.Tech agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and materials provided for the project. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Benova.Tech's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement, they are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Benova.Tech is registered.

10. Changes to Terms

Benova.Tech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
